Set out below are our full Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to vary these conditions from time to time.

ORIGINATION CHARGES
All orders require a screen, die or similar decoration template. The cost of this is may be quoted separately for each product. If it is not shown, it means that the unit prices and totals are inclusive of such charges.

ARTWORK
To produce your logo we require artwork, which can be accepted in most digital formats on CD or via email - for most uses preference is given to Adobe Illustrator EPS files or editable PDFs. JPEG files are not suitable for screen or pad printing or engraving. Please contact us for full artwork specification requirements, advice and further assistance. Basic artwork for products will be set free of charge from given details but any redrawing of artwork required will incur additional cost depending on complexity. An emailed or printed proof will be sent before production, and production will not commence until written approval has been received from an authorized person.

The customer warrants that they have the right to use the artwork, logos that are requested to be placed on products supplied by planet-promo.world ltd. Customer warrants that it shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless planet-promo.world ltd and its employees and agents against any claims for damages and costs, including but not limited to legal fees and costs, in any cause of action including, but not limited to, an infringement action as a result of imprinting the artwork.

LEAD TIMES
Will be advised specifically depending on your order and will be from the point that artwork has been approved. Most products will be despatched 2/3 weeks from receipt of artwork approval. Faster turn around is possible upon request but may incur a surcharge. Whilst every effort will be made to despatch goods on time, this is always on a best endeavours basis and does not constitute a guarantee of delivery. We do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

PRINT SIZE AND POSITION
Unless otherwise agree, the size and positioning of the printing will be at the discretion of the printer.

COLOUR MATCHING
Printed PMS matches are approximate and may differ on different surfaces. Every care will be taken to achieve the desired effect. If an exact match is required with no tolerance, (this may incur an extra charge) you must make this clear at the time of ordering and we recommend that you request a proof. Failing this, no liability can be accepted for colour variation.

QUANTITIES VARIANCE
Printed goods may be subject to 5% over or under run according to the product and the production method used. The exact quantity supplied will be charged for. If a specific quantity is required, this should be stated at the time of order and may incur additional cost.

SAMPLES
You can always inspect a sample before you order. Most samples are charged for and will be credited providing they are returned in good condition within 21 days. Should samples not be returned within 21 days of their despatch by the Planet-promo.world Ltd, such samples shall be deemed to have been sold to the customer from the date of dispatch. Please note that for reasons of hygiene clothing samples cannot be returned to stock although they can be returned for decoration as part of a bulk order.

COMPANY LOGOS
Many products shown in our catalogues or on our website are personalised to show the effect that can be obtained, but do not necessarily imply that the products have been supplied or endorsed by the owners of the trademarks featured.

SECOND COLOUR OR POSITION PRINTING
It is possible to print in more than one colour and/or position on most products, but this will usually cost more - prices on application.

VAT
Prices are subject to VAT rate prevailing at time of despatch.

CARRIAGE
Any prices shown online are ex-works. Carriage is charged on all orders. If you have received a quote and no carriage charge is shown, this means the cost of carriage is included in the unit price but is limited to standard mainland address only, unless specified. If carriage is required to more than one address, this will incur extra cost unless specified in the quote. Non-standard mainlaind deliveries and deliveries to UK off-shore and abroad - prices on application.

RISK AND TITLE
a) Risk in the goods passes when they are delivered to the customer.
b) Not withstanding the earlier passing of risk title in the goods shall remain with the Planet-promo.world Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until the amount due under the invoice for them has been paid in full.
c) Until title passes the Customer shall hold the goods as bailee for the planet-promo.world ltd and shall store or mark them so that they can at all times be identified as the property of the Planet-promo.world Ltd.
d) Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods.

INSPECTION
The Customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery into the Customer's possession and shall notify planet-promo.world ltd in writing within 7 days of delivery of any matter or thing by reason whereof it is alleged the goods are not in accordance with the contract between the Customer and planet-promo.world ltd. If the Customer fails to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance with the contract.

PRICING
Prices are exclusive of VAT (E&OE). Prices are per item unless otherwise stated for quantities shown. Should your requirements be for a larger quantity, please contact our Sales Department. All prices are subject to fluctuation due to factors beyond the control of Planet-promo.world Ltd and any quotations sent are only valid for 7 days from the date shown.

SMALL ORDER CHARGE
Orders to the value of less than £100 exclusive of origination charges will be subject to an administration charge of £10.00.

PAYMENT
Strictly 30 days net unless otherwise agreed.

TAX FACTS
The taxable allowance for business gifts is currently £50 per item.
